Call Ed! hello, names Ed. just took on rockford in my store and was reading your artc in it. (that ride is sick} you prob get this all the time but i am trying to figure out where and how to find not just great installers but those with the work ethic you describe and which i would like to think i have as well. we are from a small area in upstate ny but next to military base and have an unlimited amount of opert to do well here. i just can't find qualif people from the area and don't know what it will take to get people to move here. would pay top dollar for the right people.(hint hint) would love to have a chance to discuss these things with someone like yourself and express my ideas and potential i believe is here. we are working on our web site but you can see some of what we are doing, www.thejunctioninc.com would be willing to also pay for recruiting installers for us as well. our number here is 315-788-1754. thanks ed p.s. do you think if earning potential is from 45k to 100k plus we could get the right crew? Speak with them and ask who they would recommend, There is always one of two guys who go above and beyond everyone else. They would probably be more then willing to help you out as well seeing as you are trying to place their students in jobs.
