brewer_brewer
you should ground your amps within about 12 inches of the amps. runs of negative cable from front to back are only useful if you have a battery in the back. Nightshade
might be the booze talking but that makes no sense at allI was gonna say the same thing. A lot of cars have a split body where the ground up front won't be the same ground as the one in the back of the car for the amp. It's ALWAYS a good idea to run a ground from the front battery to the back and use a ground block to split it off to the amp and the rear chasis of the car or to the rear battery. 2013 VW Jetta GLI 2.0 Turbo 1 Sundown Audio SCV2000 1 Sundown Audio X15 V2 1 XS Power D3100 Audio Control LC6i Stock Deck 146.4 sealed on the dash at 37hz 2001 Focus ZX3: RETIRED Team Sundown Audio, Team XS Power, 2 time NSPL Car 3601-Up Champion, 2 time NSPL Car Hardcore ChampionHighest NSPL Scores to date:154.3db on the dash sealed at 46hz, 156.2db in the kick at 46hz155.2db unofficial on dash at 43hz
treossi
nice build, kinda sucks that they dont carry mdf, but that stuff should work, and that's a lot of screws in the box Team sundownWESTCOASTSPL.COM we're throwing dbdrag events very soon visit the website for details
bego
how do you take off your rear door panels you take apart the handle, remove plastic, and you will find two screws, after your scrow them, with a little forse you take the panel from the doors. you should ground your amps within about 12 inches of the amps. runs of negative cable from front to back are only useful if you have a battery in the back. ? makes no sense, only metter is that the all ground is in one spoot... nice build for someone in Croatia...i was there after July 4th...beautiful place... thx. nice build, kinda sucks that they dont carry mdf, but that stuff should work, and that's a lot of screws in the box i would use mdf, but the store where the mdf is sold is very far from my town... the reason i used so much screws is: material is wery weak at the joining points so the screws hold the week points.
