That vid was bad man. I'm definatelly happy with my size, looking that big is just sick and not the slang meaning of it

Dude might be juicin', but his muscle size is from synthol. Basically botox for your muscles. Inject it in the areas you want to add size to, this guy's just an idiot about it. Google it, synthol.

you are one of those guys who stops breathing and increases pressure in your head WAY too much...inhale smoothly through your nose on the way down and exhale slowly and smoothly through your mouth on the way up.

Nah i actually do have the proper breathing technique, this only happens when i work out my legs, it doesnt happen on any other muscles on my body when i workout on it. i probly should have put that in there. ive been told to drink more water through out the day, but that doesnt help, any other ideas ?

get someone to check your breathing...you might, even for a moment, be stopping during the lift. if you're sensitive to pressure it can cause lightheadedness. How heavy are you lifting?

Major fucking setback today! Working my way up to a 5-rep max on deadlift, I tore my left bicep where the muscle and connective tissue join. Its small, but very painful. My left arm is my underhand grip side. I probably made it worse because it happened on the first rep with 375, but I finished the set and did 6 more before the pain stopped me. The shitty part is its on the brachialis side, so it may affect my pushing exercises as well. We'll see tomorrow, I got heavy military press and light bench work. Best case scenario, it'll get better in 2-3 weeks with no heavy pulling/curls and plenty of rehab work.
