More proof for them douches from that other forum sayin you can't flex windows from distance w/ sub freqs hahahaha. I'd say go w/ the PA amp or ROCKFORD power T-series amp dude. I have a couple buddies that are currently running hifonics 1606's and BOTH are having "issues" w/ them-one roasted a pair of type R 10's, the other seems to be slowly chewing up 2 out of 4 CVX 10's. I had recomended differnet amps in both cases and I didn't have any hand in installing them so i can't really vouch for that side other than my "spoken" tech support/no hands on fixxing, but man it looks like those Hifonics amps are not holding up so I'd go a different route. ~2cents. I don't want rf to many people with it. I know you wanna teach me but I want something different. This is a powerful system for my first system. I want it to stick in my budget. I wanna stick with hifonics because I'm orderin the 4channel amp, crossovers, and mercury components. I donn't want ot get on team maxxsonics but I just want to enjoy the system with a limit..I like to get speakers and amps from one company. If your interested in the 1606, I can sell you a NIB Brutus BX1500D cheap.
