Did you bolt the port in from the inside? i havent fastened it yet but now that i see what it looks like i think i will fasten it from the inside out. edit: after looking at my own pics, i might not be able too fasten the top part of the port from the inside out. I might have to put the bolts back in it. DAMN! Maybe i can come up with a different way. Instead of totally bolting the port back on since your no longer going with the removal port, couldn't you just glue and clamp the port in? I mean remove some of the vyinal from the back of the port and the area of the box where the port goes leaving exposed MDF and glue the port back onto the box. Use bolts where you can to hold the port in and clap across the top until the glue dries to seal the port to the box? Or would that be just too much work to do?
