The enclosure looks better than ever. I never cared for the whole Rhino Liner look, so the vinyl is a definite upgrade.

I probably wouldn't bother with a new enclosure at all if I were you....unless the SMD subs just don't like this one.

Hey steve, watching this last vid you mentioned running the amps at .7. While N.W. Audio was playing with these amps (8 25001s, and 4 18" t3 tsns's) the amps would clip unless you rolled the knob to get the necessary impedance rise. I don't think these amps like .7 ohms

but that was on a 16v system

music and burps are seperate and im betting they had them strapped as well. so take the .7 and half it. each amp would see .35. The high voltage could be the reason they roll into it. The super low impedance could be another. lots of reasons that only the nw audio guys can probably answer.

You don't really notice how much everything weighs till it's been out for a bit. I know mine feels like a sports car with nothing in it right now
