Should be loud, but usually spl boxes are narrower. The face is just big enough to fit the sub on it so the lenth of the box forces all the pressure out of the ports. I understand if yours isn't because this is the only thing that would fit, sometimes we have to compromise when doing a build. Spl will probably be affected some, but this should be loud none the less.

Is this your first time using aeros? They're real aeros too, not the psp's so that should give you about a .1db increase right there. Good luck !!!!!!

Also that face is gonna flex something fierce. Make sure you at least throw some dowel rod in there to keep it from going crazy.

Edit:

Definately keep those aeros external. They will be louder that way, and with the length that you have them they are too close to the sub inside the box.
