Had one of these dropped off today so I could dig the trench for the new underground service. the whole house is roped and ready to go. Oh and here is pics of what has already happend. I missed these with the camera How about a whole new roof? And the house is about ready for stucco. So if this week goes well, I should be insulating and sheetrocking by the weekend. Then stucco depending on the weather. Once those 3 are done, it's about locked up. Designing, building, and shipping boxes. Got the french doors in. The crates they came in were no joke. They are a lot heavier then they look. Some structured wiring. 12/4, cat 5e, cat 6, and 2 runs of rg-59tp I also need to switch out this fire hazard These main panels are know to catch fire. Now with a new box and underground service. Also needed to add a new ufer ground. The 2 sub feeds behind the panel. Now you know a house is old when you come across true size lumber. This is a true 2x4 next to the newer 2x4 Designing, building, and shipping boxes.
