I don't have the knowledge that some of the others do but as someone who has been in car audio for 18 years, I would say compare your amp to the engine in your car. It's always better to have too much than not enough. You won't win any speed races in a Chevy Aveo so I would invest some money in a reliable amplifier that won't need a small country to power it but also puts out clean power. Sundown, RF, DAT, those are just a few of the main ones I hear on here. CaptainzPlanetz Posted September 12, 2009 Report Posted September 12, 2009 i dont think he wants any DAT's or sundowns or stetsom i think hes lookin for sonys or something cheap because no offense but theres no point in putting thos high end amps with those subs tht arent exactly high end I wouldnt say that, the OPTI drive subs are pretty good, they are beefy as hell to, I think they could handle a good 2000-2500rms a piece. Full eclipse system is next on list.. soon to gut and redo the honda as new project/rolling buissness card i miss the sound of those old school strokers on beast amps
