Ya but you for the 11 years trying to play in the 50's (without an suv) you lost more than 1 piece of equipment it happends to the best of us Craig butler 180 all day as gone threw like 10 ddz subs and 5 amps this year one of the loudest in the world The suv comment was not a crack Its a known fact some are like crx's at a lower hz and easyer to get loud at a lower hz then hatch cars does anybody know why this is??? Whats your point? It happens, you learn from it, and you move on. You want to know about my Level 5's, they just didn't like the current box I put them in. ( box was way to small for those woofers ) and I am changing to some Ascendant Mayhams. I have been competing for a while, but I never said I went to every show. Hope I didn't imply that to you 99Vic. I would LIKE to attend as many shows as I can, but YES, I can't be at them all, Nobody can. It is all a learning process around here. Like Alpine said, some of the loudest vehicles in the world blow shit all the time, until they find out what works in what box, with what kinda power, playing song "X". Most 150+ cars do occationally blow things up because you are pushing things to the limit to be in that highest bassrace class. Less than 100 people in the world have ever done a 150 BR. I guess if you have like 8 18"s you can do 150's in your sleep, but I don't have room for all that. I'll continue to work hard on my sh*t, and try and give the best I can at every show.
