Jat40
Loving the doors. How did you end up mounting them to the pannel? I just screw them from the back into the pods, and then, once the door panel is mounted, screwed to the door.

Hey thanks. I try and wait for warmer weather before glassing. Not to say it will turn out like crap, but I waited through the winter before redoing the doors. I would suggest doing them indoors, ONLY IF YOU HAVE VERY GOOD VENTILATION.
Jat40
Do you have 4 runs of 0 gauge coming from the front from your alts? Yes. 1 run from each of the 4 alternators , under the vehicle, following the frame and to the rear BB. I may, at some point, run 4 more for a total of 8. I would bet I am loosing at least a volt front to back.

Great work Hey Thanks. I already mounted the doors on yesterday evening, soldered everything up. As far as fastening, I just place the pod on the door panel and screw from behind and into the pod. Then, mount the whole thing to the door using the factory fastners. Then, I take aluminum strips bend and fasten the pods to the metal of the door. This keeps the panel secure and from flexing when you close the door. Hope this helps.
