tristan560
I would like to say that FI's customer service is top notch. I had a dilema with one of my BL 18's. I contacted Nick via email and he responded very quickly saying that he will take care of it, to just send the motor in and theyd rebuild the sub. Sent it to them last week. Nick calls me today just to verify a few details about the sub. Im completely blown away by the customer service. And for that i will be a life long customer. He said he would take care of it, and he paid for shipping both ways, ($80 both ways) and sub came back in a timley (sp) fashion and worked perfect. Got my 1 12" Bl to hit 142.1 and growing. Marlo Stanfield
I also had good experience dealing with them when ordering subs for friends/teammates setups over the past couple years. Scott really has come a long way since leaving RE and starting up FI. Quote 1998 Ford Explorer Eddie Bauer... New setup, old ride... QX56 is staying stock til I get loud... Nightshade
Nothing nut great service for me as well from Fi. I've only owned a btl, but I would call and talk to Scott quite a bit and he was never too busy to talk. Their customer service is one of the best that I've delt with. NDMstang65
If you haven't heard something from us odds are we did not receive your email. What was this in regards to? Also Tristan your sub was built today and go out on Monday. Thanks Edited October 23, 2009 by NDMstang65 Quote Authorized Ascendant Audio Dealer! Message me for information.
