Andrew
What can I use to ensure accurate cuts w/ the circular saw? I know on my FIRST box I used one and my straight cuts went from this ---- to this //// lol. What do you guys use as a straight edge? sean 371
I dont. After enough practice you can cut along a straight line real accurately. I watch the blade when I'm cutting, not the little guides on the top of the saw. Or, you can clamp a long piece of MDF just far enough away from your line so that you can run the saw along the wood and youll cut the line perfect that way too. A couple links to some box builds: Tahoe Box 1, Tahoe Box 2, Nissan Titan, VW GTI, Mini-Bump, Hummer H2, Ford F-150 My own car builds (current setup --- under construction): Overall Thread, Kickpods, Dash, Back Doors Subwoofer Wall

I mean the first minute is ok but that thing just really starts digging deeper and deeper in your earhole till you cant stand it no more. Seems like it does it with relative ease....16 12's on 8 amps.........gotta love it.
