BURRITO
do not autox a vw. if thats your main purpose, go buy a honda crx. they are light as a mofo, cheap as dirt, and the aftermarket is unlimited. there are very few cars that make for better auto-x cars (miata's are just as good, but are for homosexuals only) dammit! i wont fit in a rex after i cage it...i need something roomy with room for a cage and an XL racing seat! for the last year or so ive been thinking about building a trophy truck but i will only be able to race it like 2 or 3 times a year because i cant afford to take it across the mexican border (yet) Barretto MotorsportsTeam RFCTeam CHMTeam SMD "Blow Sand"Live Your Life Without Boundaries... http://www.jeffbarretto.acnrep.com/d_oppor...A=US_EN&BW=

Here is a VR6 MK3 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=R9pRLQcsuQk The video is sped up, but you get the point. I posted this one due to the music and not getting bored watching him race around lol. Marlo Stanfield
I used to have an 03 Jetta 1.8t w/ manual tranny and it actually was a very reliable car for the time I had it. It had a bunch of mods(from previous owner) and i used to be able to run with any of the turbo civics + tegs, WRXs, etc that were around me. CAI, 3" downpipe + cat delete, chipped + boost controller, headers, intercooler, turbo upgrade, etc... I didn't beat on it but I occasionally would run the car through it's paces and it handled it all just fine. There are a ton of other vehicles parts that do bolt on to it and use the same engine/tranny also. So for it being a german car the parts actually were relatively cheap and extremely accessable. There are also soo many companies out there that make mods and tons of forums to help u make proper decisions. 1998 Ford Explorer Eddie Bauer... New setup, old ride...
