No one belives what Ive hit on the meter!

Recommended Posts

Alright, This is my first post but I wanted to see what everyone else would say.

This is what I've got

(1) Pioneer DEH-6000ub Headunit

(2) 6x9 Infinity Kappa 693.9i 3 way speakers

(2) 6.5 Infinity Kappa 63.9i 3 way speakers

(2) JL Audio 12w0-v2

(1) Boston Acoustic GT-22

So my car audio shop was having a competition and they told me I should get in it cause my system was pretty loud for what it was and so I did and I ended up blowing away everyone in my class.

I hit a 55 hz note

and I hit 150.8 db

It blew everyones head. I mean everyone talked about how it was pretty damn loud for a lower end jl system and it really is but no one expected that. My shop doesnt even know why its so loud. It kinda crazy tho cause they put 6 10s in a truck for the show ( 10w0-v2's ) and it only hit like 146 db.

Pretty much they just said my car is a freak and that my amp matches the subs perfectly and it fits the car perfectly and everything. They said everything just fits so right and thats why its so rediculously loud.

I mean hell it is pretty loud but let me know what your opinion is.

:bull::bsflag:

Sorry did but I just dont see that happening. You would have to have a extreme vechile or something it hit that off that equipment. Or have the most efficient box ever to do that, which I highly doubt.
