Some women cant even get so much as a rose without it looking bad on her. lol Titty tattoos are mostly tacky but i have seen some that are not just on the titty but kind of spread outward towards the shoulders and ribcage. I don't think it would look great if it was a huge tat covering the whole breast but if she has none something little can be nice.
