CLICK HERE Well, it’s close enough so I figured I would get a post going as my gear has started to come in.SlappinF150 was nice enough to offer to help out with the TBSS (Brad you kick ass man thanks!) since my involvement with car audio stopped over 10 years ago. I’ve had the same system since 99 which consisted of 3 JL 12W6’s, MMATS 1400.2, and a MMATS 4 channel. There have been random Alpines and Clarions over the years that have come and gone along with components like MBQ, BA, etc. Just recently all of that went into my 1961 Deville to open up my Trailblazer (that and I was sick of am radio) which gave me the audio bug again!. We should be starting the box shortly (got the wood, bracing, glue, etc). Once the box is done and the weather improves we will be going at it full tilt. The only down side is that the skin won’t be here until Wednesday or Thursday so hopefully I won’t have to pull the interior twice! The alts are stuck at Dom’s shop until he gets my brackets which I hope is soon (keeping in mind the flood waters) UPDATE: they just shipped, should be here by Friday.Hopefully the pictures all work, if not I'll move them over to photobucket, let me know. 2007 AWD TBSS (bone stock just bought out the lease 10 days ago): Pioneer 4200DVD 2 Soundstream XXX 4000 1 Soundstream STL 4.500 2 Soundstream 6.5 components 2 300 Iraggi alts (shipped be here the 11th) Ku wire all around Second Skin Pro B stock 170 sq ft 3 3400 XS batteries (there will be more eventually, but that is all the budget could handle for now) Stinger volt meter (on the way) 2 18” AA SMDs Just in case I peaked your interest with the mention of the Caddy 1961 6 Window Cadillac Deville with 390 v8: Alpine 105 JL interiors MMATS 1400.2 & MMATS 4 channel 3 12W6’s which for a short time was 4 W3’s that I had fixed but I just blew 2 of them (one of my W6’s rubs the motor so I was trying to replace them, they are back in) Hyperflex all around 195a Powermaster alt Yellow top up front To do: bags or at least an onboard compressor for the stock rear bags, body work (more than likely just desert doors), and paint (maybe this winter, maybe next winter, who knows). Sick cant wait to see the build I wish every body had beat so I wouldnt have to turn my shit down. Fosgate for life running there shit since I was 16 going on 15 years strong.
