i say if your system is as loud as you say it is u have a good speaker set and your amp has a bass knob. when you arrive at a stop light do what i do and just turn down the bass to a respectable level. i hit low 140's and i get death stares all the time so i finally decided to see why so i had my dad drive my car at my listen level and it was shakin his trucks gps and review mirror. i was proud but still it would be annoying if ou dont like bass right? in other words keep it turned down at a stop light. your words can be loud but ppl hate it whn your not only shaking ur car they dont like it when you shake theirs. understand?

good thing im not arguing in the way the poster implies. im debating. 2 different point of views from 2 different people. it happens in the world.

and if you read through some of my posts, youll see i was not refering to late night residential bumping. it doesnt bother me at all, honestly, but that is something i dont do. i DO find residential bumping disrespectful. i just dont find redlight bumping disrespectful

it will be VERY rare to find 2 people raised the exact same ways. i grew up in a strict home, with strict parents, who raised me with a disciplined structure teaching me responsibility, efficiency, common sense, and a dedication to work and family.

and youre wrong, i have thought about there are a lot of things i do that i do believe are disrespecful to others around me. my language, i try not to swear too much online, in emails, text, around my elders, or children. but i do it. bass on the other hand has its lines. in residential areas? i find it rude and disrespectful. at a redlight? i do not.

i do things i believe are right, and the sad thing about right is that EVERYONE has their own version of it. my opinion? i pull up at a redlight, you dont like hearing my bass (even though bass and sub levels are already turned down), you try to ignore it but find it so annoying. 15 seconds later im gone. and life moves on. truly, its not something i dint is bad. and please dont try telling me i have no sense and must be stupid because im from alaska.
