Anyone got any cures/ideas?

Somebody told me this weekend that dentists now have a mouthguard thing that moves your jaw forward just enough while you sleep and it works.

I swear, nobody wanted to camp next to me because I am sawin some logs. Some dude in a hostel once claimed everytime I breated in his covers came off haha

Try to sleep only on your side. Or I love the nasal strips. You apply then like a band aid and they hold your nostrels open a more and really help my breathing in general. Atleast that's a place to start. Sorry about my spelling if I mispelled a few things.

Just a word of advice, I would talk to your doctor about being checked for sleep apnea.

A friend of our family had a snoring issue, and he talked to his doctor about it, and when they tested him, he stopped breathing some hundreds of times in one night.

Not trying to scare you just something to think about.

Too many projects, too little time...
