Somebody told me this weekend that dentists now have a mouthguard thing that moves your jaw forward just enough while you sleep and it works. I swear, nobody wanted to camp next to me because I am sawin some logs. You apply then like a band aid and they hold your nostrels open a more and really help my breathing in general. Atleast that's a place to start. Sorry about my spelling if I mispelled a few things. A friend of our family had a snoring issue, and he talked to his doctor about it, and when they tested him, he stopped breathing some hundreds of times in one night.
