You haven't dismissed anything... Look at the abuse RF amps go through with all the noobs... plenty reliable... at the end of the day you like your amp I like mine. To the OP get what you feel is better for you...

oh, and i could have sworn RF rates their amps at 14v.. where stetsom does it at 12...

so if you can keep your voltage drop slim to none, you are looking to gain more power with the stetsom.. that is a fact...

Im pretty sure they rate the amps model name at 12.8 volts, but their amps are rated at 14.xx on their birthsheets. but their birthsheets usually have about 500watts over the rated.

I voted RF, just because I use the T-1500-1bd and I love it, doesnt get warm unless I push it, and it does well beyond rated.

I was at slamology and I was amazed at how Derrick was pushing his Stestom and it didnt turn off, or go into protect. I was very impressed by how that stestom kept fighting.

Idk about stestoms c/s,but everytime I call RF I get a quick answer, and good tips/advice. Their Shits on point, and I did read somewhere that their amps dont go out the door unless they do rated @ 12.8 volts. Which is good considering so many companies out there put the "max wattage" and their amp barley does rated @ 14.4. I am extremely happy with my RF amp, and will probably continue to use RF throughout the life of this hobby

I still have not seen any info or a link to where it states how Stetsom amps make their power in a bad way vs the way RF makes their power? Is it quality of internal components? Because most of that stuff ends up coming from china anyways. What about the way Stetsom makes power is bad???

I am not sure Stetom's amps are made in China. I think they are brazilian made, in their own factories.

Stetsom hold the spl world record with Alan DANTE.

Maybe one day I will try one of their amps, but for now I am all Sundown for my amps and I love them !!!

Go to the ssa shop, they have great deals on the Ststsoms, and the Sundown amps.

RF is way too expensive, but their amps can't be bad.

RF amps are really common, they sell all around the world. Sundown and Stetsom are ... different.

But all are good amps !!!!!
