looks good very nice build. i have one question though. why didnt you use the bolt on the back of the sub to brace it up instaed of the way your doing it?

Ports too small. Theres no way to climb in there to do up a stud. Did consider a metal plate with a stud brace but how on earth do you get down a 7" wide port to nut it up ;)

Not only does this take off the pressure on the baffles and equalise the weight it adds some lateral bracing too.

Stock alt for now (DC HO SPL 400A when funds come in,currently working on buying this)

Time to fit the braces!

As you can see from the pics, the braces are 2" thick themselves...and are braced further by the steel sections...I dont think this will flex! If it does, ill be in serious shock! Steel/MDF is bracing the side panels, the port, the floor AND the roof!!

Port was also specc'd and radiused...
