Whats the roll off look like with the XBL^2? I had the og re xxxs and they murdered the low lows but output rolled off sharply. i always thought it was due ot the tech used .

Doesn't have anything to do with XBL^2 -- typically you have a lower inductance and more high-end output. In the case of the XXX the tremendous low-end made the top end sound quieter... that and the lack of higher "middle bass" peaking at increased excursion due to the lack of shifting Qts over stroke.
