Smurfboy
Get rid of audiobahn and get a real amp with real power. Problem solved. EDIT: I have to agree with Kranny's comment #3. Avoid audiobahn at any cost. I personal wouldn't recommend it. Edited August 3, 2010 by Smurfboy
bigp_on_the_beat
Audiobahn is not that bad! I'm running a audiobahn amp & haven't had a problem since day 1 & it's been 2 years now. As long as you have your gains set & subs properly wired you should be fine. Quote No car at the moment. regizzle
QUESTIONNNNNNN. My subs are wired independently i guess because there are 2 outputs for wires. this mean i need to wire them to ONE output?
Guest
QUESTIONNNNNNN. My subs are wired independently i guess because there are 2 outputs for wires. this mean i need to wire them to ONE output? the 4 speaker terminals on the amp are there to simply just make wiring multiple speakers easier. it doesnt matter if you use all 4 or 2, youll end up with the same ohm load. 99vic
listen to ray. change the ground. also add a fan. i had an audiobahn a2300hcx a few years ago. it would get hotter than hell! i added a 25$ fan from radio shack blowing air onto it and it stopped. it sounds good to say toss it and get a real amp but i know its not that easy. i still have the fan sitting here if you want it cover shipping and you can have it. pm me if interested Quote REST IN PARADISE BIG RICH (Sqmonte) never forgotten Why do you guys ALWAYS dispute on NUMBERS????? Cashdollar2009
Wait, are your subs dual 2's or dual 4's? As in, put a multimeter's + and - into the + and - of one of the sets of terminals on one of your subs. Quote On 6/30/2011 at 1:11 AM, 'Ray' said: Acoustical energy is free. Electrical energy is not.
