A friend of mines had intestine blockage due to scare tissue tying around the lower intestine. He was stabbed in the stomache a few years before this and the scare tissue from that stabbing cause the blockage. It almosted killed him. He was in some extreme abdomen pain and his blockage prevented him from being able to shit. Imagine having to have shit stomached pumped out through your mouth cause your lower intestine was so tied up that you couldn't pass food.
