When you do it as a payment and they take a fee that's like a regular payment ya know. So ether you sent it back to him for some reason, Some one has your paypal info and took it. Just check your email that your paypal is sent up with you should have a email from paypal, if he opened a claim paypal has the money until the dispute is settled then they give it to who ever they think deserves it or what ever.
