I did this on my stove lol (check vid section). worked ok would have been way way way better with a torch or heat gun. BanginOnABudget Posted October 24, 2010 Author Report Posted October 24, 2010 im sick as hell today so if i can get to it tommorow i will. i dont know how well this all with work since i want a 1.5" flare for optimal air mass movement, we will see. oh, and i was thinking about making a lazy susan with a low speed motor for sanding and heating of the pvc and mold. just a heads up. im taking out my passenger seat, battery is disconnected, going to unwire and take out the three amps, take out the 70+ lb box, then the platform so i can crimp 1 wire. Almost as bad as those fegs that put those horns in their grills and roll down the street distorting the block.... 1990 Jeep Cherokee 2 Dr. Big-3 in 0g on Stock Alt. I tried using a lazy susan but the one I had couldn't take the weight it took to flare. It wouldn't spin. One big thing that helped me was covering the mold with graphite powder.
