rolla91
I'm not positive this is the correct section but it is going on the inside of my explorer so I'll give it a try. I have a laser etched piece of lexan I would like to light. What is the best way to go about this before I end up ruining it. I'm wondering about the led placement to get the best looking light, the type of leds I should use and the best place to get them. Thanks guys! HHR Ed
Frost the edges, use a few wide beam LEDs, the more the better, depending on the size of your lexan, maybe do multiplle sides. LEDs would be aimed into the sides Ed Lester ShowtimeSPL Host Showtime Electronics Video MarketingMy old Build Loghttp://www.stevemead...08/#entry511451http://www.youtube.com/showtimespl 5 time dB Drag Finalist Last ride 2007 HHR, current dB 153.5 and bass race 149.4 dB. 153.0 dB on music New Ride, 2008 HHR SS. StatingROBIN
Is there going to be any kind of wood or something on top or bottom of the lexan?
kingsuv
I either use the singles and wire them together. or the led strips. You can get them real cheap and by the foot on ebay. Designing, building, and shipping boxes. Yahoo IM - kingsuv00If the listening level is too loud, please inform the driver, so he can promptly pull over, and let you out. not many cars can get me to pluggin my ears but this one.......damn. I mean the first minute is ok but that thing just really starts digging deeper and deeper in your earhole till you cant stand it no more. Seems like it does it with relative ease....16 12's on 8 amps.........gotta love it.
