you no.. fuck all of you... this is exactly why the world is how it is. people have forgot how to help others and want to keep everything for their self. my whole life i have helped people and worked for charities and never got paid for it. maybe if someone took a stand for someone else that needs help, thy would get the help they need also. but no one will. god, i hope the rest of the world isnt like you guys or else we are in some serious trouble. if everyone just gave a little every once in a while and didnt only care about their self then maybe not so many people would be out on the streets. i obviously dont blame you as individuals but as a whole, as a community, you are terrible people. also realize this isnt directed at all of you, but those who it is, you know who you are. you should probably take a real good look at who you really are....

and for who said you broke your back, im really sorry to hear about that, my dad broke his also about 4 years ago now. i know what its like to have to see someone go through that. but if you asked me for help i would do whatever i could to to help you out. im not just saying that because im arguing with ass holes right now but i mean it. i would do the same for any of you. well i would have.... if an admin reads this can you please delete this whole topic? that would be great, thanks

And people in general don't give away money to people/charities that aren't known. And you have under 30 posts. Maybe people know you but i haven't seen you post before so I wouldn't give you anything. How am I supposed to know if you aren't just going to take the $5 from me and everyone else and run with it? i dont know the whole story as the OP has changed original post, but i would have to agree with most people on here, billions upon billions are given away every year to people that need help, personal day to day relations, i just dont see having an impact on the world as a whole therefore this type of ordeal is not what is wrong with the world, if all the good deeds were on the news instead of the stupid shit, then people would have a much different view of the world, only the bad stuff gets posted and once in a while we get a happy story, thats how it works

but on a helpful note seeing as i dont know whole story ill see what i can do

try craiglist, go to free section locally and give the story there in the wanted section, my bro's house burnt down a few months ago and he didnt have internet so i put outsome help signs and post on the net on craigslist and people responded through a few weeks and i got my bro clothes and bed and bunch of other things he needed, he was in between jobs and our familoy is low income and i live straight off the government (not proud of it but i got kids and wife to take care of)but i only told the story and asked for any help possible and then people emailed me with offers, some was free and some they wanted some cash for but they had reasonable prices

another place is a site called freecycle, it is basically where people locally post ads where they have stuff to give away or want stuff and you just email the person saying you are interested in it and if they want they will give it to you

there are other sites like these, you may not get straight cash out of it but maybe something you cna resale or even use to help ease the situation, i dunno since original post was changed and i hope i didnt break any rules in the post, not sure about telling others a bout helpful sites, but hopefully something will work out and this may prove useful

no way. We do not do raffles or anythign of that nature. this is a car audio forum. Not UNICEF. Since you edited your post before I could read it I don't know what all was being asked but I saw the word beg, cant afford college etc. We do not do raffles here for the exact reason Andrew stated. Since this is a private forum that is open to the public, Steve could be held liable in the event of something ridiculous happening. We used to try to do raffles here but the liability far outweighs the gains.
