CJ18
Nathan, How many for which battery would you use for the following setup. 225 amp alt and 2 Planet Audio Big Bang 2400.1 I have clamped this amp doing 1300w at 2.7 ohms, so if I can get it down closer to 1 ohm I would be looking at 2000+ out of each amp. I also have about 1000w going to mids and highs. This is going into a friends truck that doesnt know how to turn the bass knob or volume down, so the electrical needs to be able to keep up. I would like to be able to keep the voltage over 13 if possible. What do I need?

Those are the key words right there. He has a tight budget. I know what I would personally run but I need to know what would get me by. Team_DC-Derrick
I would say 2 D3400s or 3 of them would do pretty well or is it D3100 thats the biggest one? If you read though the other thread you posted people started to chime in with smartass way off topic bullshit posts, that is why I only wanted response from who the question was posed to. If you have a suggestion that might help answer my question then please post, I am always open to suggestions. I am also asking Nathan because who would know better than the guy that sells them, what will be the most cost effective option to get what I need. I mean if it were up to me I would put 4 3100s in there but that $1000+ in batteries that he just doesnt have.
AMI CUSTOMS
two d3100's and replace the starting battery with the biggest one you can fit will get him by. You are gonna need alot of runs of 0 gauge to help keep voltage up, because as you know the batts will be carrying that setup. Nathan @ XSpower
Depending on the budget and space I would go with at least 2 3400s and one for under the hood. Really depends what we can fit under the hood. If we can get a good sized battery under there then may be able to go with a 6500 in the back and call it a day until he wants to upgrade in the future.
