Winn
Dual BTLs can be the system by itself as subs and the lows. Yea better just at most get 8s. Not 12 BTLs lol You know how you avoid that? Man the fuck up and bang her best friend sister mom cousin worst enemy and never look back. bcpballer64
I would do the eights and that would work fine as long as you set the filters correctly so the 8's play down to the lpf of your subs. Playa Named Joe
1 8" in each door would be more then enough. 12s, I do not think, are not good for mid bass. 1994 Pontiac Grand Prix build
skittlesRgood
well, hopefully you see by every ones reaction... this is not a good idea. such a stiff subwoofer is not going to reproduce sound in a pleasant way over 100hz. hell, i dont like mine playing over 60hz. a large, heavy, stiff, speaker cant move fast enough to sound good at the higher frequencies. just an example for you, i just went from 6.5" mids to 4" mids. not only are the 4"s louder, they sound a ton better. If I answered you in a well mannered, informative way, you asked a good question or had a good attitude. If I was an asshole, you asked a stupid question or you had a fucktard attitude... or I was in a bad mood. AI James
probably not going to happen in the first place so, not even going to voice my thoughts on how it would most likely sound.

Yeah, I'm seeing that now. Can you reccomend any good 8" subs? And at that... Is the mid range comment suggesting that AA carbon 7's are not that great of midrange drivers? Or are they an exception for some reason? Sorry for my un-ending confusion... I have JUST gotten into car audio, and I am trying to wrap my head around a lot of this stuff. ~~~~~~~~SAY NO TO PHOTOBUCKET~~~~~~~~ Snow's DD-1 tracks here: https://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/167433-snows-dd-1-tracks/ My take on OFC vs CCA: https://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/110381-things-that-piss-you-off-in-the-car-audio-world/?do=findComment&comment=2461444
