Skullz
Each sub will see 500w each from the 1000w amp, so if you were to have 4 subs each would see 250w each. Your distributing the power across all the subs from a given amps available power. 01 Ford focus ZX3 Pioneer AVH-X491BHS PPI PC 4800.2 Morel Maximo 6.5" x2
Sanitarium
I know a mono amp can drive two subs, in parallel, what i don't get is the power distribution, If i have two subs in parallel on a 1000 watt amp, is it 1000 to both subs? or is it 500/500 ? If the subs are wired in such a way to give the amp it's rated load, then the rated power it makes is divided among the subs. Honestly, how do you expect an amp to start making more power based on how many subs hooked up to it? so yess, 1000/2 = 500 per sub 1000/3 = 333.3333333333333 per sub

STEvil
Wire them in parallel: 1 ohm. Wire them in series-parallel: 4 ohm. Wire them in series: 16 ohm. Those are your options with two dual 4 ohm VC subs. Kicker 750 will work at 2+ ohms. I've run mine down to 1 ohm but it blew the 3x25a fuses regularly (3x30a didnt blow). Wouldnt recommend it for daily... MickyMcD - "Capable of making some serious trouser flapping volumes at where's-my-testicles frequencies, the Servo-Drives used to be fairly jaw dropping..." Any time you have have a power wire next to your frame put some rubber hosing (or cut up an innertube) around it. The wire is bound to wiggle (due to driving or flex) and the casing will eventually wear through. Hammerdown... 1% no links to outside websites, business related FB/YT pages allowed.
