Like, get out a can of expanding foam and make the trunk and cabin 2 separate air spaces. what materials do i need to make this happen? you gotta make the box big enough to cover the hole behind the back seat. A square box won't fit perfect, so you will need scraps, a form finder, and cardboard. Use the form finder and cardboard to make a template that will fill in the holes. Cut out the wood to the design, put it around the box...once the whole thing covers the hole behind the seat, seal it all off with expanding foam. Go to the build log, and look for someone with a sealed off trunk. Look through the designs, and and take hits from it. Ill go look for one and post the link up if I find one.
