Mixing d2 with d4 subs

I was going to buy 3 kicker cvx 15 of my cousins homeboy for 300 dollars but i saw that 2 cvx were d2 and the 3rd one was d4 what would happen if i wire them together

The d4 sub would not be seeing the same power as the d2's.

Just use the two d2 subs. Recone the third or sale the d4 and buy another d2 if your set on three subs.

Blowing up was a joke, I believe.

The d4 sub was seeing a different ohm load than the two d2's. Seems pointless, doesn't it, to have two subs seeing full power and another sub not.

What amp was used and how were they wired?

yea it probably worked but that doesnt mean it wasnt hurting the subs and amplifier as well

Won't hurt the amps unless they are wired below min ohm spec......

Just not good idea to be the loudest. I bet 2 of those subs wired right will be plenty loud.

I have seen many systems with 2 subs that smoke 4

also ohmload is ohmload. amp doesnt care.

if he wired the two dual 2s up to 4

then all in paralell it will equal a 1 ohm load. i think
