Your systems "ratio" (bass/mids/highs)

its something every one can relate to. it would be interesting to do a power ratio thread as well

the only prob is that if you dont clamp, then you can only really use the Birthsheet RMS or at least rated RMS of the amps. Then people are gonna bitch. Then they will say you have box-rise. Then you got people with more then 14.5, say 15.5v which will make more power......so there is no telling how much power someone REALLY has without getting scientific about it :D

thats why i did the speaker thing because its fair enough, most of us have "enough" power for what we have. :pardon:

i forgot about how everyone knows everything. lol my bad sir. im just gonna go run my amps at .5 daily and call it a day.

edit: just remembered crossovers are fried and one tweeter is blown but still plays decently. so im going to have to change mine to like 4.125:0 lol

im out of the game for awhile. my money is tied up in another project. : )

its all good haha, its a good idea but you know how people are. Im surprised they let me call my woofers 18's, knowing that its only 16.3215" at the surround. :lol:

Unfortunately, I'm currently 4:0...damn Iraggi alt is on its way out and until I get this new job, I gotta get it by the best I can. Plus its been like the Thief Olympics around where I live...I walk my puppy everyday n I see more cars/houses broken into every day. So between those two problems, I decided to cut it back to a set of JL XR components n my Pioneer deck n pull everything else out n lock it up. I figure this spring I'll rebuild bigger n better anyways. My current plan would put me at...24:6 I think.
