Cheapest new years DUI EVER!

Drinking is stupid to me. Drinking and driving is even more stupid. Any limit.

In SC we have a 0 tolerance. Hell to much mouthwash can land u in jail around these parts.

Well honestly, in SC a .05 to a .08 can be a DUI, up to the officer and his discretion. I had a woman back into a house and she blew a .06, and i charged her with DUI. .08 and higher is Driving with unlawful alcohol content, which you very rarely see b/c DUI is just an easier, more comonly known charge.

Glad to hear you didn't get pinched for a DUI, but I agree with the others on here...if your wife was sober, why wasn't she driving from the start? Just seems like common sense to me.

Hell I wanted to go get this girl REALLY bad last night, but I was drunk, so I went without. Yeah it sucked, but putting myself, my car, and others at risk is just stupid. One time, we were on our way home and we had the only sober person driving but she didn't have a license. Long story short, we got pulled over, and after explaining it to the cop, he gave us an escort home and said we did the right thing, regardless that the driver didn't have a license. Discuss? haha

I guess my question is, do u think someone thats been drinking should drive (even if they are under the .08 but still drinking) or someone without a license?

there are many other choices, may not be the most comfrontable but walking to your desination call a cab or taxi or just plan things out ahead of time
