juggalo1
at least 100. if not a little bit bigger. but it also depends on how thick your power wire is and how many watts your running.

But yeh, gotta go with the majority here and say it's a fuse. And it seems like this is solved, eh?
burgerslayer
soo what type of fuses do you guys recommended ?
skittlesRgood
well you obviously have the fuse holder for the aug fuse. you can stick with that. or you get a new fuse holder and run something like a midi fuse. kickass audio
you need a 80 amp fuse. tops. thats the exact rating your fuse was (trust me i know) all AGU fuses have the amperage ratings on the one end cap (where you said the number was aue 80) the 80 represents a 80 amp fuse. also check that your fuse holder isnt damaged from it arcing. Its like a $15 deal to get a new fuse holder and fuse at a good shop with a guy you can get to go down on the price. Id mail you my fuse but i only have a 35 and a 60 amp fuse so you will prob blow that up fast. dereileak
and this is why you should fuse an amp, even if it doesn't have built in fuses, fuse it externally thank god yours was fused, or you would be buying a new amp instead of a 3 dollar fuse Quote 2006 Mazda3 Hatchback Black 5 Spd ManualPioneer 4300DVD2 Sundown SA-12 (34hz Tune, 3.22 cubes, 14.5 inches per cube, Triple Baffle)Kicker 10ZX2500.1 (2845 RMS) Sub AmpKicker 11ZX650.4 (705 RMS) Mid Amp -- (3 Amps)Kicker KQ3 Active CrossoverKicker KQ30 EqualizerKicker 09QS60.2 Components (Woven Carbon Cones)Kicker 09QS65.2 Components (Woven Carbon Cones) - (3 Sets)2/0 Gauge Electron Beam Technologies (3 Runs, 2 +, 1 -) 1/0 Gauge KNU Kollasal Flex (1 Run for -) 300 Ft Kicker X-Series 16 Gauge Speaker WireXS Power D3400 (Rear)XS Power D3100 (Front)Singer Externally Regulated Alternator (Being Built)+ The Love for Car Audio and BASS <3UBL Build Log <------- Click Here-------> Normal Build Log (For Comments)

I modded my stetsom amp i have so that there is no internal fuse on it but i do have a single external fuse and it has saved me before when the 0 gauge wire i had on the fuse holder wasnt in all the way and the bass shook it loose and it grounded out. it blew like it was supposed to. thank god for fuses. lol. CJ18
Any time you blow a fuse always replace it with the same fuse.
