SQMonte Posted February 3, 2011 Report Share Posted February 3, 2011 I got a jasper jig but the bit and router combo i use sucks ass lol about 20 minutes a hole and a LOT of smoke.Sounds like you either need a new bit or need to move the router faster.....when i did my sub cutout with a 1/4" sprial upcut bit, took me maybe 30-45 seconds to cut out an opening for a 12" sub.
