That isn't bullshit? Here on i25 west of us they patrol the area with radar-equipped helicopters and radio ahead to police on the ground to pull them over. They have the same signs posted. It's a pain in the ASS at night. I've been caught twice. My radar detector doesn't pick it up cause its from over head. If they added that sign they probably assigned that area to a pre existing route for a traffic enforcement helicopter. He won't be there 24/7 but he probably comes through 2-3 times a day.
