More than any router can do... you'll need to get in there with a grinder and a flap wheel. Also bondo/resin the entire inside of the box until it's perfectly smooth. Then cut/polish it and you might gain another couple of tenths. At those frequencies there's a shitload of air moving and the easier it can get around the more pressure you'll get at the meter. If you can reinforce your windscreen I'm sure you'll gain HEAPS. Have you already bent/adjusted the door latches to get them tighter, added extra foam on the door seals, block up the air vents, smooth the dash... I'm assuming based on your doors that you're in a soundoff class that allows modification in front of the B pillar because there's no way in hell those door buildouts would fly otherwise 10.x volts fo' life!
