A 150 amp alt and some reserve would be more than enough for 2k. I wouldn't even waste my money on a 14v system for 2k.

i had stuff to do today but i managed to cut the bottom piece. The bucket holding this thing up gives you an idea just how big this box is. 18ft3 before displacement. The 24" subs and the 2 large ports will chew up some of that for sure. And no, it isn't glued or nailed together yet. It is a big house of cards right now. Just mocked up to make sure my pieces are good

Just over 2 months after open heart surgery and I'm still here. Well duh, I'm typing this so yeah. Surgery was a success, got a mechanical valve tickin away inside me. Seriously sounds like I'm listing to an old analog watch 24/7. Why hasn't it driven me crazy yet? Well, I'm not sure. Another bit of good news, well possibly good news. In July I have a hearing about my SSI. If I get that, my life will greatly improve.

I was gonna say if i (when i) do lith, it will be JY. Ive just read way to many very positive reviews from the product, to the people running the show (Trav and Yeuy). I also have heard some not so popular stuff regaurding the XS liths. And im a XS nut hugger. Through and through, but, ..... its just what ive seen and read, and talking to alt builders about lith, one was sorry to say, that the xs lith, wasnt up to par from what hes tried, and seen ran. Ive never ran any lith, so, this is all my opinion from talks, reading, and such. Just tossing it out there.

I know on one post I said I didnt think they where, but in the same thread I later said I was wrong. They never advertise what they where and I couldnt find out until a month ago while talking with Scottie. The XS Power batteries have crazy protection built into them, unlike other brands being mentioned.
