  2. Obviously not everyone agrees on what they like -- that being said we sold 1,000 sets of the SA-6.5 CS and 95% or more of people absolutely love them. They do have a smooth sound to them so if you like a sharp sound (think MB Quart, Focal, etc) you may not like them. That being said -- the SA-6.5CS v.2 is in production and due in June. Significantly beefier / lower distortion mid (bigger motor, bigger & longer coil, added shorting ring, etc) & improved tweeter. Crossover is a full 24dB slope unit; very nice. We are also making an SD-6.5CS set which is essentially the original SA-6.5CS set w/ a stamped frame on the mid & improved crossover. Cost is the same as the original SA-6.5CS set & it is also due in June. As far as materials used -- we use the same cone material as some much more expensive products on both the SD & SA components (and SA coaxials that are also coming in June). Motors are FEA optimized & tweeters tweaked to my liking.

  7. Damn that turned out nice. I sealed the doors off in the van with second skin products and its made a huge difference with mid bass. Overall everything sounded tighter. Great video!

  9. Hello, I'm Brian, live in BC, Canada. I've got a 2009 Ram1500 ST, a loving wife and three wonderful children. Had some audio in high school/college moved away for other hobbies, but now i'm looking at doing some work slowly (real slow, kids are still young need seats) over a few years as time/space/money allow. Shipping is brutal, I'm a bit outta the way, so apart from kids needing seats that will be an issue. Right now I've got a prefab box and a pair of 10" Pyle subs from a warehouse place for $50. A Rockford Fosgate 600.5 wired from a lanzar 8ga wiring kit. So it's pretty embarrasing compared to what I see on here, but you gotta start somewhere! I found this site by long way from ramforumz.com, which lead me to youtube, which lead me to Mark's Videos (CAF), which lead me here. been checking in every day to see what you guys are up too.
