  1. I guess i'll be swinging by the Palms an evening or two. ...and yes the SMD's will be present...
  2. Why would you try to order a set of pistons for a big block chevy from dodge? The dodge pistons are not made for the chevy..yes it is a piston..but it isn't the right ones.
  3. Warranty doesn't cover 'just because you want to'...a Warranty is something to protect the buyer should something be our fault in the manufacturing process. If you blow it up...you'll pay for a recone to fix it. If you send it in to get 'freshened up' then you will also have to pay for that as well. It also does not cover burned..open coils etc. Just like any new car that you buy..the warranty is there to protect you during the time period if there is a manufacturing defect. You don't get a new engine just because you take your car in to the dealership due to getting ready to trip 80,000 miles when the warranty is up. If everything is functioning as it should be within 'normal operating conditions' you won't need a new engine nor will you get one 'just because' . Read the Terms and Conditions and Warranty on the website...It has been there since Day 1
  4. Doing some counting...we set the limit at 250 for the Q's. Currently have 37 of the BP options left for FREE! Take advantage of it It won't last much longer!
  5. Many people have been raising the question and not believing that we make our shirts and stickers in house...so here is some pics of our screen/print shop 4 screen station that I'm making some new screens and stuff for right now for new shirt designs... Two single screen stations that we use for the back and front logo's on some shirts/hoodies Other single screen station.. All of our vinyl racks that logos are cut out of! Granite slabs to work the stickers out on and apply logos Our pad printer... Last not least...our good friend RUCKUS! www.causingaruckus.com
  6. subsonic filters.. playing below tuning of the port... with way too much volume and gain. speakers are stupid. they do EXACTLY what YOU tell them to do. It will destroy itself if YOU tell it to do it.
  7. If you haven't heard something from us odds are we did not receive your email. What was this in regards to? Also Tristan your sub was built today and go out on Monday. Thanks
  8. BL's are now a dual stack of y35 220mm OD slugs..which is probably what that is (guessing)...and you can't see half of the top plate of the BL... Which would probably why the people here are saying it looks like a BL...
  9. Nothing but some 220mm slugs.. It's not nearly 3" either...
  10. I've said it before...no. There are not 'retailers' of Fi and there never will be in the US. I asked for the contact information of the alleged shop on our forum...and never heard anything back from anybody... Shoot the information of the shop to me and I will call them and see whats going on.
  11. Not hating...just saying he's going to break things a couple times before he gets it right and that isn't going to be exactly cheap... You also aren't taking into account that the parameters are very different from a fresh sub to when one is broken in fully...
  12. I wouldn't build a T-line if I were you..
  13. All of the available baskets and everything that is on the market and suspensions/surround bodies simply are below par for what we would do for an 8" sub.. Just don't like the idea of using off the shelf parts and slam them into the basket because we like doing high excursion type stuff..and current stuff available simply not up to snuff. You never know what might pop up
  14. Right on the website in the 'Tech' section. https://ssl.perfora.net/www.ficaraudio.com/...view.shopscript
  15. You better turn that subsonic on before you email me about reconing your subs because you are going to break them with a box tuned that high and no subsonic filters on... It also would need to be set @ 34Hz with that 38Hz tuning on that enclosure.
  16. Take a 9 volt battery and do a "pop" test by hooking wires up to the terminal blocks and touching the + and - respectively on the battery.
  17. SE and SX motors aren't the same...it's not just a different layer coil either...why would people pay more money for an SX if the SE was the same motor? ..they'd just order the SE! SSD and SE share nothing in common.. Parameter wise an SSD with an aluminum coil is fairly similar in parameters to an SX. Thanks,
  18. No We do not do free recones. What we do free is labor for putting the recones in your motors. However you can not make a 2008 BL an 2009 BL as they are totally different motors... Sorry.
  19. Sounds like you clipped the thing really bad (wide open volume, wide open gains on the amp), had the bass boost wide open, and no subsonic filters . You'll have to send it in for a recone...you can email me your information, location etc. Nick ' at ' ficaraudio.com
  20. Sorry man we're doing the 2009's now.. We do not have any of the other magnets left...you may be able to find a used BL and we can recone it to another 10 for you with the original parts...but they will not play well together with the new model and the old one.
  21. I edited my post after you ignored my phone call. I'm not talking about just the module, i'm talking over the past years of your antics. Do you have any clue how many people contact me and complain about how you act? Call me, we'll talk. I don't care. I have nothing to hide. I call it how it is. I'm asking you to quit acting childish. Edit. Thank you. Call me later.
  22. I edited my first post to put in 'Cheers!' I don't have to attempt to make you look bad. You are already doing that without my help. I'm just calling you out on acting like a 3 year old. Stop it. It's not hard. Edit: I see we're going to play the childish game of ignoring my phone call. See what this does? You took a simple analogy, and blew it completely out of proportion.
