It was held at the Lock and Dam park in Columbus. I don't know the guy who owns the charger, but my dad and uncle know him. He has had several mustangs and chevelles and whatnot that he has rebuilt from the ground up. That one is streetable but not for show- he just got it running. It has body issues- bad metal and rust, but he just got that one for fun. There is / was another one in Columbus that a guy purchased from a "little old lady" and rebuilt it from the ground up. It has documents and papers to verify that it was one of the rides from the Dukes of Hazard tv series. It was shot- but is spotless now. I do know the guy who has the blue 67 malibu/chevelle in post 7. It is cherry. Hate that you missed it! It was a great show. At least 200 cars for the show. Of course- no audio though.

Yeah- this is disturbing. To follow or support the nation is one thing, but an individual (ANY Individual, btw...) is not patriotism, it is worship and indoctrination. What if they had been singing songs about Bush, or Regan, or if elected... McCain? Would that be fine with you too? I wouldn't want any one of those either. Obama endorses Hugo Chavez- what if the songs were about Chavez? What if we were in 1930s-40s Nazi Germany and that were Hitler? Of course, I take this to extremes... or do I? Hitler was just one man like Chavez, like Obama, like Bush. In America, we don't put all of our eggs in one basket. We don't have a King or Queen or an Oligarchy or Monarchy.... we have a series of checks and balances that make up America's political system. I think they already have a song they can sing called "The Pledge of Allegiance" - but that is getting phased out because of the "under God" ..... America's laws were/are based on Judeaeo-Christian laws and beliefs- what many believe about God (I'm walking the finest Religion line ever there... I am not pushing religion here in any direction). A song about Obama is just that- a song about HIM. Not about America. To be patriotic is to love America, not one person as a representative of all of America. No one individual can accurately represent the collective that makes up America- even if he is the President.

But you automatically assumed that I voted Republican because that is a vote against a Democrat (which just so happens to be... Obama). So you are saying because YOU assume I am a Republican, that I loved McCain and Bush the men, but I SAY that I hate Obama's policies and not Obama the man. You can't have it both ways. Never mind the point that you didn't guess that I may have voted for the Constitution, Reform, Libertarian, or Green Party.... Quit skirting the Issues! We are talking about what Obama said at the UN Talks! I didn't like it. AT ALL. That has absolutely no bearing on who used to be the president, who wanted to be, or if the sky is blue! I just don't have the stones to do paint myself. So- mad props to you! My dad has all the equipment and space to do it too... I am just afraid. So, the whole thing is gonna' be murdered out flat black- no chrome either. I think that is going to be sick. Hot Rod magazine did a fiberglass roadster flat black, but the roof they hit with clear, then used red striping (matched the interior) to separate the colors. That looked cool too. But on yours, I can see this thing just sick flat black.

Fried chicken and Chop Sticks!!!!!!! Bwaaaahahaha!!! He talks like a mix between Bruce Lee and the guy who sang "Ti Mi Shu" A good High School and College buddy of mine is Chinese. His parents owned a small grocery store in Greenville, MS. They were from China, he was born in the US. He told me so many hilarious stereotypical stories that were all true- funny as hell. My favorites where when he would be on the phone with his folks speaking English, break into super fast talking angry sounding Cantonese and then back to English.

LOL! That just struck me as funny for some reason. One of our pits will howl when you play "Who Let the Dogs Out". We didn't teach him either. He did it all on his own.

Resonant frequency of your vehicle.... but I dunno if that is the right equation or if it is the same as this: Wave Resonance = 1130/feet/2 1/4 wave Resonance = 1130/feet/4 1130 is appx. the speed of sound (dependent upon height above sea level, humidity, temperature, etc...). Feet is the distance from your speaker wall or box to your firewall. So my van for example (i am guessing on my distance): 1130/7/2 = 80.72 hz (pleh! that is too high!) so... your quarter wave distance is: 1130/8/4 = 40.35 hz (ah ha!!! much better for burping- get subs and build a box accordingly) Voila! Somewhere around in there - wet finger in the air - is where you should be loudest. So, if you want loud, tune your box a bit below that number and off you go.

Yeah, I saw that show too. The bull is crazy! As best as I remember it, the metalsmith who made it was put in it so he couldn't build another one or reveal its secrets. I believe they finished off the king who commissioned it with it as well. Brutal.

Man! That thing really shines on the low lows! Must be a combo of the sub, tuning, box placement and the transfer function of a larger vehicle? Minivans unite! LOL! Thanks for sharing the vids!

Great stuff! That is like 100x better than my first 3 systems! How are you wiring the mids again? If you have each amp wired to be bridged mono, you can do a "Y" rca out of your head unit to each amp making a left amp and right amp (or front and back... what have you)- that way you still have imaging. ....or not. Just an idea if you were worried about imaging in your shop. Looks Good!
