SAnyone familiar with TEMco indistrial? Kinna late to be asking about the legitimacy of this company lol but i ordered a hydro crimper from them a couple weeks ago. Havent even gotten a shipping tracking number or anything yet and no replys to multiple emails. Shipping was supposed to take up to 7days.

They just got back to me. The tool is backordered for 1.5-2 months. Gonna have them refund it for now and let me know soon as its back in stock. The crimper looks legit like the $2k ones but only $370. I couldnt settle for a harborfreight lol.

Since Photobucket is TRASH I got the okay to upgrade the Supporting member accounts for uploading direct to the site. Bronze members get 3mb per pic.
Silver members get 6mb per pic.
Gold members get 9mb per pic.
Lets try these numbers and see how it goes. Im hoping that gold package will be large enough for users to not have to edit their photo sizes at all!Thank!!

Since Photobucket is TRASH I got the okay to upgrade the Supporting member accounts for uploading direct to the site. Bronze members get 3mb per pic.
Silver members get 6mb per pic.
Gold members get 9mb per pic.
Lets try these numbers and see how it goes. Im hoping that gold package will be large enough for users to not have to edit their photo sizes at all!Thank!!

Does anyone know what amp class the linear power 4.1HVS is? I see their new amps say they are a/b. I couldnt find any details of what class the 4.1HVS is from the sites manual or anything.

Yah i seen ur build log post. I was considering the zero 1, its pretty close to what i want but id need two of them to be happy about it. But 6gz for two amps aint happening lol not letting myself do that. I have the as100.4 and as200.2 for my 3way front stage. So would be pretty nice to have all mosconi, but nah i cant drop all that on two amps just for 2subs.

Skulls so AB amps were being made before D? Yah maybe thats why its not specified. Id assume any lp amp was AB but i didnt see it specify a class anywhere so had me thinking.

Ill check out that read after work. Have you used any of those Lp HV amps baron? The 2.2HV, 3.2HV or the 4.1HVS? I was kinda wondering how they reach peak. Becuase like the 4.1HVS peak is 3000, but at 8ohm @14.4v on music RMS is 1500. For that 3k peak is it getting like 16+volts? Is it like some kind of burp situation?
oh and also they say running a lower ohm on the "taps" wont give extra power, stated in the manual so i dont think that has anything to do with it.

I'm actively trying to pass this class. I'm doing all assigned homework every night and going to office hours when I have questions. Hopefully I can make a good grade in it and be done with this degree. Unfortunately my work schedule is killing me. I want to ask for less hours or to get off earlier but I need these hours to pay for the class. Oh well, looks like i'll be pushing through until this class is over. Thankfully it's only 5 weeks.

Working overnight shifts then going to school? Damn. I know those overnight shifts are harsh on ur body/health. Wherever i had to cover the overnight shifts id end up getting pretty sick afterward. Much respect man, i couldnt mentally handle doing all that at once. Keepin grindin bro.

in Either i didnt use the dmm the right way or its more complicated than i thought lol. My dmm read 11.5 v on the battery while car completely off. Figured the battery was fine and something technical was wrong. Scheduled an apt at the dealers and a towing from AAA. Aaa said they could come take a look at it and see if they can help any. They hooked up a charge and the car started less than 10s after they hooked it up!? Lol wtf. The guy said the battery was really low, around 7v!? He said his machine simulates the car starting up or something, thats why my dmm read 11.5v but his charge machine read 7v??? Whats the deal wih that, can someone explain how that works just so i know a lil more.
His machine also shows the alternator is fine so he thinks i mustve left a light on or something and thats why it was dead in the morning. Glad thats sorted out for now. Hopefully thats all it was. How do i make sure my battery is good? If it went down to 7v is it gonna be able to hold this charge? After a few mins of being hooked up it was back to 12v. seems super fast .

Thats messed up broke lol. Yah ive gotten several "recall" notices over the years and had to take the car in. The best shop i think i have around here is the dealership. I have an appointment with them on Wednesday if i dont figure it out by then.

Yah i was checking out that video. Apparently the cheap walmart dmm i got wont be good enough to get accurate readings, testing the probes on ohms it was all over the place and high. So just gonna wait till im off to go get a fluke dmm. I also got a battery charger so ill be charging the battery the checking for a parasitic draw. Hopefully its that easy to find.

Lol battery dead again this morning. Gonna have to charge it up and try to do a test on all the fuses to see if i can find whats drawing power while car is off.

i was thinking i should go get a battery charger/tender from walmart or somthing. Then if it happens again i can charge it real quick.
I dont wanna buy a new battery because it would be temporary, i plan on buying lithium for my build later.

Oh ok, so with all that i said it makes sense to you, its normal? Resting @11.5 with car completely off, 7 with a load.
what should i do now? Should it all be good now or is the battery going to drop low again soon?

Sounds like the batt is done. DMM? Might be resting at 11 or so. Take it to your local battery shop and have them put a load on it.
