  1. that is badass. i wouldn't even know what to do in a car like that. i'd be so scared of everything around me lol
  2. i voted. i like that you're going to give the money to a needy family for christmas, if you sell it rather than give it away
  3. i found the video to be quite annoying actually
  4. whenever this issue happens to me, i don't deal with the headache and just run extra wires to the fuse block. takes a little extra time, but i still do it anyways
  5. i like mdf over birch just for the fact it's easier to work with. no splinters and jaggy round overs. plus i wear a gas mask for the dust, so no worries there
  6. it's a 4th order...so somewhere in the 40's i'd bet. maybe even low 50's
  7. i definitely like the gauges. i drive on 05 dakota, and the gauges look like there's a sheet of glow in the dark material over them. i HATE my gauges. they look like this: i wish there was a way to change em no aftermarket ones available either EDIT: i like your power switches too. i want to change mine from green to white
  8. that pc is hella nice. i have a question about one thing, to anyone really. i had my PC watercooled, did it the way people said was the best way, and i still got sludge and the hoses glazed over after time. or do you gotta drain it every so often?
  9. one will feel louder to the ears, one will feel louder to the body
  10. product quality is a good thing to look at when purchasing speakers, but just so you know, the box will play a majority of the role in the output
  11. ^^ i think he's just trying to gain some knowledge. typically, for trunks, loudest is to face it forward from the back seats and seal it off from the trunk. in an SUV, subs up/port back is loudest the majority of the time. if you're doing a wall, port on the drivers side is louder on the termlab, port up top is better for daily listening. but like everything else with car audio, test...test...and when you think you're done testing, test some more to see what works best for your specific setup
  12. yeah i had trouble buying tickets at first, about a month ago tho. there will probably be people scalping some, but who knows how much that would cost. i'm going with my friend and her bf is staying home. she's dressing 'riskay' apparently, so i'm supposed to protect her from any creeps lol. hopefully nothing escalates. going to be fun regardless. and if i can remember to take pics, they'll definitely be posted
  13. yeah i'm afraid i might too lol. i'm going to try to remember/be sober enough to take some pics
  14. http://dayglowtour.com/ http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nV9HV3bkDa0 october 1st in lexington. looks HELLA fun. i can't wait.
  15. i'm impressed you know of that group. they're badass. this guy is amazing. i've been watching his videos for a while. he has several other good ones too
  16. yeah, they should have used metal straps instead of wire
  17. pictures would help. i know that i wouldn't buy something blindly without seeing something first
  18. i really just don't see this working. and amps and batteries i'm sure would go in the trunk.
  19. after seeing the first pic, i was afraid to see the rest of the build. the shoddy paint on the magnet. but from the other pics it looks like that got fixed. everything looks top notch
  20. hardware store, flexible silicone. clear or white, put a tad on the back side, call it a day. i've done that to a few subs and it'll last just as long as the sub. costs just a few dollars
