you gotta put in your box dimensions and adjust port length accordingly for the volume to attain 32 hz since port length will change with different net volumes

45's help the flow of air through the port. rounding over port walls also helps, and also helps prevent port noise. and the size of the 45 depends on the port. from the corner of the port to the 45 should be no smaller than the width of the actual port

i do p90x and i like it. it's very intense, but if i get to the point to where you can't do anymore, i just stop, so no over training for me. i've done it for a couple months now, not everyday since i'm kinda busy, but at least every other day or every 2 days and people say they can see an improvement.

no, you're not doing anything wrong. it's just the cut sheet which means there's just way way too many numbers to try to fit in that little box for a cut sheet for a port. not only would it not fit, but if it did it'd be pretty much impossible to make heads or tails out of it.
