i'm about to reboot my comp from the install. but i'll never notice a difference uninstalled both crysis games and far cry 2. only game i really play on it now is left 4 dead, which already runs smooth. i'm eventually going to get fallout 3, but no comparisons

yeah that chart is more or less used to show what power is present at the given ohm load. (i tried taking that bottom white section out...but it's stuck everywhere lol). it doesnt show what an amp is capable of. nor power after box rise. if you KNOW your amp can produce the power at the given impedance, then imo using the chart is better than blindly turning the gain if you dont have an oscope to use.

'twas not i that said that short. i said 35" and i posted my calc on ***, and a member there found a slight miscalculation on the program. only when doing a slot port tho. it will only throw tuning off a hz or so. but i'm going to be in the process of fixing it very soon

in my first post, i said the port needs to be ~35" to achieve ~32 hz frequency. keep that in mind, cuz i think you're thinking it does not have to be as long as it needs to be. for the box to see a 35" long port, assuming the front is a single 3/4" baffle, one piece needs to be 21.5" long, and the second piece needs to be 6.75" long.

100 amp fuse would be fine imo. or a slightly bigger one. next one up i could find was a 120 amp fuse. and yeah the amps are separate from the big 3, so they'll use their own fuses for their current draw

you wanna fuse the wire as big as the amp rating is on the alt. my 200 alt amp has a 200 amp fuse

it's all good i stated in the first post by the link that the height needs to be the distance from port wall to box wall. easily overlooked i suppose. i'll go bold it or color it or somethin to make it stand out

your height and width are in the wrong spots. you need to switch them. if you're using a slot port with 22.5" from the box wall to port wall, it's adding in 11.25" for end correction. when in fact it should be 4" for height, adding in 2" for end correction it's mine. it's in my sig switch the height with the width and you should be good even so, the end result should be the same if the formula was executed correctly. seeing as how he had his numbers switched, i think they're both ok really

?? no, even with the use of a slot port, i get a length of about 35" for the tuning to be at around 32 hz.

i havent played prototype yet, but i played the infmaous demo. it's a pretty fun game. not quite what i was expecting, but good graphics and gameplay nonetheless
