Trainee. I won't move into the position until somebody promotes, transfers, or gets fired. Funny how they leave all that out in the interview and orientation. SO now I'm pretty much trained, but have no spot, they are just throwing me less and less hours each week.

Even offered to come in and just work the truck, but I have a higher hourly pay rate than the normal receiving team members, so that doesn't work for payroll. I've been bamboozled.

Sorry to hear man. Hate it when things like that happen.
