New amp, the alt whine is still there. Replacing rca's and remote wire, what else should I troublshoot?

LOL Excelon, I know better. I actually think its the deck. The noise comes and goes, and the problem came out of nowhere.

try grabbing a different head unit for a day, have you tried ground loop isolator? could pick a cheap one up from walmart to see if that does the trick.

ive had a whine come and go in my car for a long time now. cant ever seem to trace it.
